By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the hs888 platform available at hs888.app (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the hs888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and hs888.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of hs888 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had an hs888 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily when placing any wager on the Platform.

Each individual may hold one (1) hs888 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering your hs888 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

hs888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point during your use of the Platform at hs888's discretion — you may be required to submit identity documentation. Acceptable documents include:

• A valid Pakistani passport

hs888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe, or where the documentation submitted raises concerns regarding authenticity.

hs888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion required.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the hs888 Platform:

hs888 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

hs888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL (Pakistan Super League). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hs888 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond hs888's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances resulting from system errors, where such errors are corrected by hs888 in good faith.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game guides, betting tips, or promotional content.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

hs888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not, in any twelve-month period, exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your hs888 account during that same period.
